Chocolate Doughnuts Potato Snow

I made these donut,,, It really is pretty good ... lol ...

MATERIALS

500 g high protein flour
50gr milk powder (I pake powdered milk chocolate)
11 gr instant yeast
200 gr potatoes, steamed, mashed and cooled
100gr sugar
75gr butter
4 egg yolks
100 ml cold water
Salt to taste
Powdered sugar (for topping)

HOW TO MAKE
1. Enter the flour, sugar, powdered milk and yeast into a container, and stir well.
2. Mix the dough with a tight smooth, egg and cold water. Knead until smooth and semi smooth (tingak sticky).
3. Add butter and salt, continue to knead until you feel elastic. Set aside for 15 minutes.
4. For the dough - each 50gr - and round it off. Let stand 20 minutes, until fluffy.
5. Make a hole in the batter and fry until golden brown colored.
6. Lift, then drain. Garnish top with powdered sugar.

TIPS!

* In order to inflate the dough, make sure the yeast mixed with a flat.
* Potatoes should be really smooth. Can also use a blender, really.
* We suppress the dough, cover with plastic so ga dry surface.
* In order for not too much oil into the dough, not too often flip through when frying.
* When frying, more perfected form using two sticks chopsticks.
